DelliDrop is an online grocery platform that facilitates the purchase and delivery of fresh produce, household essentials, and snacks within Nepal. We act as a bridge between local farmers/suppliers and consumers.
To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice. Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Prices may vary based on market conditions or user groups.
We currently deliver to designated areas within Kathmandu Valley. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed at night. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. A redelivery fee may apply for failed deliveries.
We hand-pick fresh produce. If you receive damaged or spoiled items, notify us immediately upon delivery. Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.
You agree not to use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, attempt to bypass security features, input false information, or impersonate others.
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Technimus LLC / DelliDrop and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
